Ce workshop est à propos du travail chant-danse qui est si souvent mis de côté. // This workshop is all about the song-and-dance work that is often put aside.
La star du théâtre et de la télé – metteur en scène et chorégraphe Américain Austin Miller sera à la tête du BROADWAY BOOTCAMP offert par Master Class à Montréal.
Austin Miller a été dans plusieurs spectacles à Broadway, en tournée et à l’international. Il a joué le rôle de Link Larkin dans Hairspray à Las Vegas et dans la tournée Nord-Américaine, et on a pu le voir à la télévision dans Days of Our Lives et dans l’émission de télé-réalité Grease: You’re the One that I Want, pour laquelle il a obtenu la 2e position. // The american stage and TV star & director-choreographer Austin Miller will lead the BROADWAY BOOTCAMP powered by Master class à Montréal. Austin Miller played on Broadway, on tour and in international productions. He played the role of Link Larkin in Hairspray in Las Vegas and on tour, and on the tv show Days of Our Lives, and in the reality show Grease: You’re the One that I Want, for which he got 2nd place.
Les participants devront préparer musicalement deux numéros imposés (à l’avance), et les travailler avec notre directeur musical le vendredi soir. Ensuite, les candidats feront un travail de chorégraphie et d’entraînement avec notre invité spécial durant tout le weekend. // The participants will have to prepare two imposed musical numbers in advance, work them with the musical director on the friday night, and do the technical and choreography work with our special guest for the rest of the weekend.
Les candidats doivent arriver préparés et prêts à travailler. Portez des vêtements de danse confortables. Un pianiste sera sur place pendant le weekend. // The candidates have to be ready to work, and wear comfortable dance apparel. A pianist will be there all weekend.
Ce workshop est ouvert à tous (femmes/ hommes/ 13 ans et +, tous types physiques, tous les niveaux de danseurs). Un grand effort physique sera demandé. // This workshop is open to everyone (woman/men/13+, all body types, all levels). A lot of physical efforts will be required.
Atelier uniquement en anglais. // English only.
